Orders and Shipping
Where can I find my order number?
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with all the details of your order, including its corresponding number.
I haven’t received the confirmation email for my order. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. Also, make sure the email address you used when placing the order is correct.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you don’t receive this notification, you can contact us at store@insparya.com .
Where do you ship your orders?
We ship to Portugal, Spain and Italy.
If you are in another country and would like to receive Insparya products, you can email us at store@insparya.com . We will register your interest to help expand our shipping coverage in the future.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The usual delivery time is up to 2 business days in Portugal, up to 3 business days in Spain, and up to 5 business days in Italy. Depending on your location, this timeframe may vary slightly.
Exchanges and Returns
How long do I have to make a return?
You have up to 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. 30 dias após a receção da encomenda para solicitar uma devolução.
For the return to be accepted, the product must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.
Returns are also accepted for products purchased during sales, promotions, or at a discount, as long as they meet the conditions mentioned above.
How can I return a product?
You just need to send an email to store@insparya.com stating that you want to make a return, along with your order number and contact details.
From that point, you can choose between two options:
- Deliver the product in person at the nearest Insparya clinic. This return is free of charge.
- Send the product to the following address: Insparya Science and Clinical Institute, Rua Marechal Saldanha, n.º 1354, 4150-650 Porto. In this case, shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
Can I exchange a product?
We only offer exchanges in the case of a defective or damaged product.
If you have received a product in this condition, we apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you contact us as soon as possible via email at store@insparya.com .
How does the refund process work?
As soon as we receive the returned product and confirm it is in the required condition, we will send you a confirmation email.

If you have already received our refund confirmation but the amount hasn’t appeared in your account, we recommend:
- Checking with your bank or card provider, as the process may take a few business days.
